Ben Baldwin is the Co-Founder of ClearFit, an online solution that fixes hiring by making it easy for anyone to find job candidates and predict their success. He has over 13 years experience building recruiting software for Fortune 500 & SMBs, with clients like Salesforce.com, DHL Express, and GlaxoSmithKline, on 5 different continents. Ben is currently focused on cracking the code to successful hiring, for the $60 billion small business hiring market in North America. He’s an an active board member of the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO/YEO), a patent holder with additional patents pending, and a washed-up rower turned ultimate frisbee player.
