Marcus is the COO of TrendHunter.com, the world’s most popular trend site with nearly 1 billion views and a leading Innovation Advisory partner to global brands. In addition, he founded MeshSquared Ventures to invest in and advise digital education companies.
Prior to TrendHunter.com, Marcus held various entrepreneurial executive roles over the past 13 years. In his first venture he was the Co-founder/CEO of Fluid eNovations, an award winning digital agency. Next, he started up the eLearning division and became the Vice President of AME Learning, a leading financial education company. Most recently, he was the VP Operations & Product Development at Frameworks, a retail focused business intelligence software & performance management company.
Passionate about driving brand activation, architecting online education, and shipping web products, Marcus loves to mentor and support digital entrepreneurs. He has served on various boards including the Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance and SDEVM (venture capital & grants). Marcus holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from Queen’s School of Business.
