Nilesh is co-founder and CTO at Sysomos, a social media analytics company acquired by Marketwire in 2010. Nilesh leads Sysomos’ engineering team, responsible for product development from the core content aggregation and analytics platform to user interfaces. Nilesh is a software engineering and product development expert with significant experience in building robust and scalable software systems. His research is focused on data management and text mining, and he contributes to the open-source community in his free time. Nilesh’s work has appeared in leading research forums worldwide. He has a MS in computer science at the University of Toronto, and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute Technology (IIT) Bombay.
